I think humans are devolving rapidly because most people are stuck in their comfort zone and lack the drive to optimize. the people that make the rules know a strong society will revolt against corruption so they feed us slop and target -developing children- (the most vulnerable) so every new-generation more children have health complications throughout their growing years and eventually people begin to normalize underdevelopment and obesity, the same thing is going through everyone's head when they see that type of person, "disgusting", because its against nature.
