fuck lads ive been lifting for a year and last 12 weeks im on gear
i have NEVER trained legs
so today it was my first leg day
what could go wrong right?
i do leg extensions which didnt go too bad except for the small weight i did
then squats
i load up 60kg and only do one fucking rep and barely
which is half of what i fucking bench
left the gym right there fuck this
idk what to do because training legs is humiliating but at the same time especially after being on gear my upper body looks very disproportionate to my legs and i thought it wasnt noticeable but a few days ago my mate pointed it out
