Humming has been gaining traction on tik tok claiming maxillary growth. My maxilla is recessed so I’m somewhat desperate, did this shit for 20 mins one day and there’s no way it’s not cope. I feel like an autistic kid stimming.

Believing that humming can actually grow your bones is the saddest thing I’ve heard from this community
to be fair, its more scientifical method, Low Intensity Vibration is used for Bone Health (Or studied for increasing Osteoblasts).

ive always followed the Philosophy of not hating until trying. (This is obviously why I can call Nocturnalkents "Muh IGF1 Signalling" pure bullshit). I have 5 more years until I can get Surgeries, so why not waste my time and try out new things?

1) only studies are for whole body (i would doubt facial turnover would have any difference since its naturally low)
2) its only for bone regeneration so the only way it would be reasonably applied is after a run to repair your legs

Wouldn't high vibration be better? You could stick a massage gun up your palate that would mog humming
