for a while (a month or two) i havent really had meals, just snacking on food consistently (none of the shit was healthy at all) and i was never hungry, but now im eating decently (healthy meals, decent sized) and im hungry as shit
does anyone know why this is happening? my meals have plenty of protein, fats, and fiber, is there anything i should add?
