No I don't think getting canthoplasty is necessary: what's necessary is that the colors around your eyes need to be flawless: If you have bad coloring around your eye (dark under eyes are an example) you need to get filler for them and make your under eye the same color as your skin tone, make your eyebrows darker and thicker, make your eyelashes darker and curled and use mascara if you'd like, if you have brown eyes, get hazel contacts and if anybody tries and call you out on them say "I don't know how they changed blabla"

I don't know how brutal is your NCT, but I don't think it's that brutal, the most brutal legit NCT I seen is Jacob Elordi, and his thick dark eyebrows and good coloring around his eyes makes up for his NCT

What you need to aim for right now is to fix your coloring in your face: If you have acne or anything, fix it, you need your skin to be flawless, if your lip are dry and not even in term of reddish tone, make them more red (theres' many threads on this), if your eyebrows aren't dark enough or dense, make them, same for your eyelashes

I can show you some undeerrated "hot guys" from TikTok, they literally don't even have crazy jawlines or anything, just super good coloring and average features

That's why people on here say JBW "just be white", white people tend to have better coloring than most people (curries, arabs, etc)
