Males on avg have more negative canthal tilt and less suborbital fat than females.
This difference did not appear out of nowhere but is a consequence of sexual selection when females found males with empty orbitals negative tilt eyes more attractive and reproduced with them more often, and this is obvious cuz this shape makes the eyes look heavier and more threatening, and also more aesthetically.
