Hunter eyes

So I’ve been doing research for a while but can’t get a solid answer. I want to get hunter eyes but is Botox the only thing to do or is there a other filler I can use to “minimize” the affect of aging

hunter eyes mean having a good eye area overall not just the eyeshape deep set eyes thick low set eyebrows a good browridge and then the shape post your eye area and il tell you
