WHG(European hunter gatherers) and Anatolian Farmers were separated for long enough to be considered different races in my opinion even tho they were both caucasoid.

i guess the same goes for my example

you see harsher environmental conditions = Higher IQ
and hunter gatherers lived in much harsher conditions than farmers

when agricultural revolution hit everybody could reproduce because of low environmental pressure
so average IQ of the people from the same place dropped dramatically
