Have you ever experienced an orgasm or tremor after urinating? It's difficult to describe, but sometimes after I've urinated, my head moves involuntarily and I can feel adrenaline in my chest.

From what I've read, this is a normal sensation.

However, it also happens when I see someone sleeping, approach someone from behind without them knowing or see someone without them knowing. It gives me those sensations I mentioned at the beginning.
