Oh man I love Hxh. It's so good. The characters are incredible. World building is incredible. Best power system. Best transformation and rage moment. Best villain who's also part of the best love story ever made. Phantom troupe is the best villain group with the best origin story. Only manga that is able to switch protagonists and still make it work. Only world where if you took out the main characters everything would still make sense. You'd want a spin off for every character appearing in the story. The plot does not revolve around the protagonist or co-protagonists and that makes the world feel so real and alive. Togashi you're the goat.

Not really, I did read the manga but back in 2021 after finishing the anime, Ive watched the anime like 10 times tho but the last chapters of the manga no. Ive seen some things like about hisoki changing his looks and being in the boat and also bonolenov I think hes called using his image. If those 10 chapters come out I might be obligated to watch all hxh again and read the manga where I left it.

The thing is it enrages me that Togashi had to put the manga in hiatus in possibly the arc with the most potential in all fiction

One piece is really good until the time skip, then it's kinda ass, there are some highlights but I didn't like most of it

But why bruh. It's got some of the best storylines ever. The characters are so deep without feeling unrealistic or rethorical, which is what you risk doing when you try to make a character with an interesting and well constructed personality.

Of all the super popular animes I've really enjoyed, Dragon Ball is the only one. Although I only read a really good manga and maybe because of this my perception is distorted and I can't last the slop

HxH is way better than yu yu. It's true that it was an inspiration especially for HxH since it's literally the same author but it's definitely not as good. Also I would say Dragon Ball has inspired Naruto, Bleach, One piece and even Yu Yu itself a lot more
