Currently im taking 200mcg everyday but i heard that on the long term its not a good idea so should i limit it to twice a week? Also its helpful for studymaxxing so even if its cope along with mk + k2 + d3, ill benefit from it. I tried looking it up online but all i get is dosage for dementia/Alzheimer patients.
