I was thinking since hyaloronic acid is a natural substance in the human body this is not harmful to put on your skin.

Does it actually do something or is it another jew scam?

(100%) Hyaluronic acid serum is absolutely legit and anti-aging.

Every single person here should be using it daily and especially after cleaning / exfoliating / micro needling.

I use this:

Microneedling seems like bullshit if you ask me. Friends of mine who have done it, i havent seen jack shit of a difference.

i have it.
some tips for you are that you have to hydrate and cleanse ofc before use. after 20 min on the face put moisturizer.
use it in the morning.

don't use this if the humidity percentage in your country drops below 70% regularly. With misuse, this will dehydrate your face. It's a very powerful hunectant and sucks water out of everything

Cleanse then splash your face with water, put HA acid on and then mositurize and then seal it all with an occlusive like Vaseline. I'm not sure if this is worth it since it will make your face greasy as fuck if you put on sunscreen on top of all of that

What i do is just do my skincare at NIGHT. Only vitamin c serum + sunscreen in the morning

I use HA every day in the morning and in the evening before putting on a moisturizer, but after i make my skin damp first as @Drago Soprano also suggests.

My routine is,

morning:
Mild cleanser, vit C serum, wait 15 mins, make my skin damp, HA, sunscreen combined with moisturizer.
I generally don't re-apply sunscreen throughout the day unless I am outside a lot.

evening:
mild cleanser, Retin, wait 15 mins, make my skin damp, HA, moisturizer.

I only use retin 3 times per week, and use azelaic acid on the days I dont use retin in the same way.

My skin is shit-tier, 0 collagen. Idk what else would improve my skin i think my routine is good enough. It's prob my shit genes.

You can also take this stuff internally too as capsules, any info about that?

can i use that while i am using alreadu retina ?

Your moisturiser should have this in it anyway, I don't think it's necessary to use a separate serum.
