so far I've got a 70% reduction in wrinkles, it's been 20 weeks and 2 treatments, the next one is in 2 weeks.

my hair is a bit longer now but it's short enough that they would've been visible before.

first treatment was 20 x 150 IU second one was 15 x 150 IU, think the next one is going to be even less than that.

think I was the first to diy this, I've gotten some dm's of other people trying it due to my posts on it though.
