I just got a conservative amount of Hyaluronic acid fillers for cheeks (750ml spread across both sides, spread it in a thin layer at the front part of the cheeks)
For the purpose of reducing the appearance of nasolabial folds and tear troughs, just by providing more structural support
First time getting filler. I swear it looks exactly the same or a bit worse, even like my face is a bit bloated and lost some contour. I dont know if i want to lose contour to help with the transition of the folds.
I understand that swelling can occur, but is it normal within a few hours of getting the filler? Whats your experience with cheek filler?
Have a follow up in 2 weeks. What do you think is a good way to follow up, if i want to continue the route of fillers for reducing nasolabial folds and tear troughs?
Thanks.
