Its safe to do at home as in your not gonna die or have a major medical issue if you fuck up but if your even a little bit asymmetrical or you fuck up its gonna look like shit and your gonna be deformed

is it even worth it, to do with surgeon? This shit needs to be refilled once or twice a year
