Hydrocortisone 0,5% creme still work?

Since i live in germany i can only get 0,5% hydro without a prescritpion n i dont wanna search for a supplier for 1%. Does it still work for nose shrinking or do i need the 1%, and do i have to use more or is it completly cope?

No it doesn’t work neither does 1% the effects of a slightly less bulbous tip last 12 hours

Haven’t found a sorce, I got some from a friends mom
