I been applying HC 1% cream prior to travelling for one week on and off just for my body to adapt a small bit, I’ve not seen or felt any noticeable changes in my testosterone I am a very androgenic jfl man. Hopped back on around 3 weeks later, 1 week in seeing similar issues.

There seems to be a rise in pimples appearing on my nose tip, where they never appeared much before ever if even at all. Could someone give some advice or enlighten me as to why.

you're applying a layer too thick, blocks your pores, irritates the already hydrocortisone irritated pores and causes a pimple and please dont place it on the tip of your nose unless you have a really good nose structurally because it will increase the chances of u having a droopy nose in the future with consistent use and yes hydrocortisone is mostly a cope, low dose 5-10mg accutane does the same thing and it lasts for several days at a time, only have to take a pill once to twice a week.

Nothing significant yet, however it takes a while to start the slimming and I haven’t noticed anything since hopping on it again, I’ll make another thread by the end of the week

My nose is pretty upturned but bulbous

Would betamethasone 0.05% work better than hydrocortisone? I’m afraid of the irritation that comes along with that though
