Hydrocortisone 1 % creme does it really work?

hello guys i am now using hydrocortisone creme 1% for 4 weeks and i see a good progress my nose became more thinner from the front the side didnt change whats obvious here is sum pictures

not the same angle so u cant even really tell any difference. your nose is going to look sharpwr at a 3/4 angle
