Hydrocortisone alternative?

I cant find pure 1% Hydrocortisone in my country, even with the doctor prescription but I have Hydrocyclin which has 1% Hydrocortisone with 3% Oxytetracycline. Can i still use it, in regards to reducing nose width?

It's cope anyway but if you are committed try betamethasone or google other topical steroids its not that fucking hard

i mean ik but beta is much more potent, would you recommend it using it everyday/washing it off?
