awaiting results from my blood test to see if i start accutane, would stacking hydrocortisone with accutane reduce nose size? after looking in depth at my nose, the problem lies that although my lips are near perfect, they’re simply slightly too narrow, making my nose look wider than it is. blessed with white nose genes to save me from full ethnic bulbous nose, my problem lies in a low set tip which makes everything else look more rounded. would hydrocortisone help with this issue? of course when applied while on accutane? will it fuck my skin because it’s already so dry?

I used hydrocortisone 1%, it’s legit. I use every 1-2 months for 1 week straight only on the nose tip.

My nose starts like leaking water/pus and it got smaller, I’ve gotten some minor skin thinning on the tip which looks good.

Just finished another cycle no discoloration, planning on doing it again in 5 weeks.

I’ve done 4 cycles so far.

i got scared and didnt, but accutane is slimming my nose a bit
I was terrified the first time I did it ngl

But doctors/dermatologists can prescribe it to your face if you have a severe rashes. Safe to use, realistically safer then accutane.
