it wont get you straight nose, it will only kill the fat. i dont think you should use hydrocortisone your nose already looks thin enough. get rhino

no, hydrocortisone is just used for minor bulbosity of the tip. your issue is a dorsal hump, which can be corrected by shaving it down or injecting filler
