Hydrocortisone and tret?

I'm planning on using hydrocortisone to help with my bulbous nose, but I'm already using 0.05% tret.

While I'm using the hydrocortisone should I take a break from tret or just not apply it in my nose?

If anyone has used these together what's ur routine?

U used 1% I'm think of doing it eod first week of every month.
