also it depends if ur nose is big cause of cartilage, you cant shrink cartilage with hydrocortisone, I do believe it works tho idk ima see if it works permanently if I try it again

Im planning to use accutane, i think its better of course it cant change the structure and cartilage of my nose, but at least it reduces sebum, blackheads and pores, after that i might try using topical retinoids as well and see how it goes
