What you want from cortisone skin atrophy or anti inflammation . I suggest use a stronger corticosteroid for less time . Also hydrocortisone is a low potency corticosteroid and will do less damage to hpa axis compared to other and yes you can apply for 2 weeks apply it on a small surface area in nose so it can be absorbed less in blood stream but dont use it for 2 weeks again after applying it for 2 weeks and mark this as solution

Just Watch out your liver might fail and the cancer risk but go for it safe those creams you can get anywhere is always super dangours
