hydrocortisone help to not mess up my nose

im going to start introducing hydrocortisone into my routine but im a teenager and im scared that i will fuck up my nose permantly and show veins how do i make sure this doesnt happen? i asked my uncle whos a doctor and he said that it will deffinitly work for 6 months but if i use it for a couple of years then it will permanatly fuck up my nose

do i use it 1-2 times a week forever or is this permant and how do i prevent it from showing veins in my nose/face

Just use it for 6 months, stay off for a bit and use it again in the future if you still need to use it
