I know this sounds weird, but if u can shrink your skin on the outside of the nose wouldn’t you be able to make it even smaller if you also shrink it from the inside by putting the cream on the skin inside the nose?

because if you shrink it from the inside prolly the skin will stay in between and your nostrils will be enlarged
