Ive been using hydrocortisone 0.5% for 2 months and my nose still huge asf

Corticosteroids do work in terms of reducing fluid retention, atrophying the skin, etc.

Just use a stronger one if you don't see a molecule of results.

1. It reduces inflammation, doesn’t reshape your bone structure, nor it changes the way skin is attached.
2. If you have a giant button nose, it won’t make it sharp and tiny, if your skin is attached a certain way and your nose structure makes it giant, the only way is surgery.
3. Try a higher concentration.

P.S. Maybe don’t eat the cream and apply it on the nose daily.

look at the BOTB and talk that out with your surgeon of choice. I am not a medical professional
