Hydrocortisone isn't enough to cause catabolic effects on nasal cartilage, has anybody tried a stronger corticosteroid like fluocinolone acetonide cream? (flucort) its a mid level corticosteroid, but i don't want to get TSW.

Your skin will atrophy long before it has any impact on cartilage (it won't).
This will take months depending on strength.
This isn't healthy for your skin obviously and can lead to permanent telangiectasias.

If your skin is really inflamed and full of sebum, vitamin a in some form is a better option.

Which isn't healthy? hydro or flucort?

theres a lot of proof though

They're all topical steroids, they just differ in strength.
The mechanism of action is the same. One will do something bad faster and one will do it slower.
You can use it shortly to reduce inflammation, but thinning out the skin shouldn't be the goal.

so either way it's going to cause telengiectasia? would using hydro for a few months then stopping cause any damage and if not then would some of the positive cosmetic effects stay?

No, the skin will go back to its normal thickness after a while.
You're just damaging your skin by using one of topical steroids side effects to thin out your skin.
It's not even permanent, so why bother with this.

damn so nasal tip reduction is the only option for manipulating the cartilage?

For inflammation and sebum im j gonna use accutane.

was gonna use IGF 1 for bone mass benefits but the problem is it effects cartilage way more.

It kinda worked for me tho, probably a placebo but I do thinj it depuffed my nose a bit

And I really doubt that its just cuz of lighting, using stronger hydrocortisone will definitely have effects

So just don't use either? what else can i do to reduce nose size/inflammation?

I use clobetasol, even that shit is not effective for me, cuz my nose gets red as fuck from the cold anyways.
