Hydrocortisone nose area

I'm not completely sure how it works. I've heard that it thins the skin, and that's how it's supposed to be able to shrink my nose. Is there anything I should know, like when to take it, the risks, etc.? I know that it can spike cortisol, so taking ashwaganda afterwards will it really shrink my nose?

It dries out the skin on your nose due to it being a cortisone and the effects will slightly go away when you stop using it but i will be trying it as a way to shrink my nose i will most likely post my results

its good for bulbous noses i might start it soon
