Hydrocortisone on Nose

I need help regarding what hydrocortisone i should purchase. would something like this work?

That one works, this one has hydrocortizone acetate as the active ingredient, compared to yours which is just hydrocortizone. I personally used this one and I believe hydrocortizone acetate is more effective
