Hydrocortisone or nah?

i mean, i don't have acne so there isn't really much of a point of taking accutane to shrink the size of my nose knowing the risks that come alongside it (worse skin break outs, extremely dry skink and lips to the point your lips can crack often). so should i just stick with a significantly safer & non surgical method of doing so by purchasing hydrocortisone as it's just a cream that can be acquired easily?

Nigga you’re problem isn’t skin thickness, your nose is huge that’s it.

hydrocortisone won’t do much and plus it’s mainly for the base of your nose not the entire thing

sure it’s probably the most guaranteed way, you mentioned accurate but even then it’s not a 100% guarantee where it will shrink to your liking not to mention the possible sides; so yeah a rhino or some other surgical procedure is likely the main way
