Hydrocortisone problem

I’ve just received my hydrocortisone and applied to pea size to my tip of the nose nothing has happened am I doing something wrong

Apply it to the sides retard, no higher then the tip, definitely not on the tip itself. Use it before events only because long term hydrocortisone usage permenantly ruins the skin on your nose.

Not only does it shrink the skin ,but it also damages it, making it permanently red looking.
