hydrocortisone progress

I did hydrocortisone 1% for like 5 days then switched to hydrocortisone 2.5% because I saw zero progress 3 days later still no improvement maybe I'm just impatient, but I feel like nothing will ever improve and its over for me. I'm gonna be a loser incel for the rest of my life. maybe dyeing my hair wasn't the play because people just make fun of me because of it
