No it doesn’t, it is supposed to be applied on the nasal alae and the tip of the nose ( nasal tip ) in order to slim them out. Applying hydrocortisone on your dorsal hump ( not horsal dump jfl mirin the dyslexia ) will only make it more visible as it will slim the skin there and make the DH more prominent.
