Hydrocortisone side effects(thin nose)

1% hydrocortisone
I applied it to my nose at 8pm, than removed it 8:06 pm. In the first 5 mins, i just got a little "purple circle" in my nose. 1h later it disappeard, but when i woke up my nose had blood inside it, and i slept kinda bed cuz i already have deviated septum, so i woke up some times. I think i should stop for ever, or try it in some days, what do you think?(ignore the name "acetato de hidrocortisona" cuz i live in brazil)

I didnt aply *inside* the nose, i mean i dont even know why i got blood on my nose ill try it again and tell what happens
