Hydrocortisone & Skincare

This might be a low iq question but is there a chance that hydrocortisone can increase effectiveness of facial cleansers (on the nose) due to it thinning the skin which could allow for more penetration.

Also if I use hydrocortisone should I not apply a exfoliant on my nose.

I guess technically that could happen, but I'd be a long time before the effect is any relevant. Insignificant in the short-mid termn.

Not gonna lie I know very little of the specific interactions between hydrocortisone and exfoliators, but it doesn't seem like a good idea to mix them. I'd take a day off hydro and exfoliate that day, just in case, do not mix them.

I use it for the growing seb derm on my face and it works good, it's incredible thing is, you shouldn't abuse it at all, as in daily
