Hydrocortisone tips/broken capillaries

I just started using hydrocortisone 1% but i have broken capillaries on both sides of my nose(ive had this for years, they are not too noticable but not invinsible either), should i keep using it and be careful or hop off for good? i wanna keep using it tho cuz my nose is cheeks

if hc is causing u issues u can use isotret for nose slimming aswell btw

Thx for the advice, hc isnt causing any issues yet i just wanna make sure i dont fuck up my nose, if i see any damage ill stop using it
