Hydrocortisone to widen lips?

I know hydrocortisone is used to reduce inflammation in the nose and as a side effect also thins skin. I was thinking would it also be useful on lip corners, making them significantly thinner and thus making lip cutting easier. Btw I am a greycel so don't hate if this is a dumb question.

Wouldn't recommend, could possibly go into your cut and mess with the wound
