hydrocortisone x tretinoin schedule?

im currently on tret 0.1% daily but i wanna incorporate hydrocortisone 1% to shrink my yam and reduce the inflamation, whats the weekly dose of hydrocortisone and how can i use it along side tret without ruining my skin?

you can use hydrocortisone everyday just stop after a month. you can get some sides if you use it for a long time

you can either avoid the area on the nose where you want to use hydrocortisone or you can let the tret dry and then apply the hydrocortisone later.

have you had any sides from tret? 1% daily use is not good if you have only been on it for a month and a half. its recommended to use 0.025 every 3 days when first starting then increase gradually to a higher percentage and use it more frequently

im on 0.1% which im sure u meant but ive been using it daily for 12 days now and ive had 2 major purges, 1 during the first weak and 5 weeks in however now its calmed down slightly and theres no dryness burning or irritation its kinda just stagnant rn , what shall i do?

you could get a lower percentage like 0.05% or just use the 1% less often. i recommend 1% every 3 days since you purged twice with it already. but the best thing to do is to get a lower percentage then eventually go back to using 1%. if you do get 0.05% use it every 2 days since you have already been using 1% very often.
