Is taking ashwagandha with hydrocortisone actually safe? Like will it really balance cortisol or could it mess up hormones/HPA axis long-term? I’m 15 so I don’t wanna risk anything.

ashwagandha doesnt do anything its just cope but sure if u want to

So it wont help lowering my cortisol while i use hydrocortisone?
