Hydrocortisone?

So currently a humongous dick is running off the tip of my nose (my nose tip) and I want to use hydrocortisone to help with this and shrink it or make it less prominent.

I read a thread on it and I didn’t seem to mention if they change would be permanent or just last for as long as you keep applying it.

Any help is gratefully appreciated.
