Can someone give me a full guide on how and at what time to apply hydrocortisone, i ordered an 1% cream. Can someone also tell me what results I can expect? I have a really bulbouse nose and it nerfs really bad (using hydrocortisone because accutane is too much and too long for now)

Follow the guide in best of the best section,apply it before ur sleeping, dont expect rhinoplasty level results, it wont work if ur nose is not inflamed tho u probably need a rhinoplasty, mark this as solution if this was helpful
