does hydrocortisone work as in to shrink ur nose and what are the side effects and are the results permanent?

this is the only source i have of it would this work?

It works by thinning the skin on your nose so it looks smaller and more defined. But hydrocortisone is the weakest option so results will be slow and minimal. The daktacort you have also has an antifungal mixed in that you don't need so it's not ideal, get a pure corticosteroid cream in a stronger potency if you want actual results. Apply a pea sized amount on your ala and tip, moisturize after. Not permanent, if you stop your skin thickens back up. Betamethasone is a bit stronger than hydro.
