Whats the highest % that i can get that won't fuck up my enamals without protection (im not talking levels of 45%)? Where can i buy hydrogen peroxide since i can't find any site in the EU that sells and ships more then 3%. Are low amounts of hydrogen peroxide (3-6%) even worth it?

Ive been taking Hydrogen peroxide 3% for more than a year and its definitely noticable anything more than 3% is just unnecessary enamal rape Make sure to use consistently once a day and ofc dont forget to brush your teeth bhai
