Imo js use whiting strips if you cba and get toothpaste that has hydrogen peroxide in it

Dawg whitening strips do nothing

Cheap ones obviously won't, there are som reputable brands, crest have worked for me.

You can also get whitening powders from local stores that have also given me decent results. I just prevent further staining by brushing after eating my meals
