ive used 15% gel on my teeth, i used to do it weekly. honestly noticeable results and they were looking pretty good, plus you dont need any gum protection. im too scared to try the 45% h2o2 pneumo did LMAO

how lmao, the first time it slightly got on my gums but the ones after it was totally fine, i also use a petroleum base (like vaseline) round the gum lines which acts as a mild blocker for the h2o2

nope none. the first night after i do it , a few teeth are pretty sensitive but the next morning its perfect. i would defo recommend. ive seen good results but with this (relatively low) percentage, you need to keep it up around once every 2 weeks
