you can typically apply both HQ and azelaic acid at the same time but it's recommended to start with twice-daily application.

Azelaic acid can be used in the morning and/or evenin while HQ is often used twice a vitamin C can be used separately, preferably in the morning or early afternoon

You could also include glutathione boosters if you're seeking an extra edge and make sure to use hydroquinone safely. It definitely works but I wouldn't even recommend you use it could seriously fuck up your skin permanently. And is it worth it, just be a little less ethnic? I mean really, if they don't want you know, will they like you then?
