Hydroquinone is meant to be used for a few months, then cycle off, but if we're using it to get a maintain paler skin, shouldn't we be on for longer? like 3 months then one month off then repeat?
Otherwise, the pale skin would go back to normal if stopped using hydroquinone, and if you substitute hydro for other products like azelaic acid, for example, it may not have the same effect
But using hydroquione would cause problems like ochronosis and irritation
Does anyone who has experience with hydroquinone help with this?
