Hydroquinone for dark circles?

Ive hard dark circles for a long time maybe like 2-3 years and it hasnt gone away it might be pigmentation .will it be safe to use hydroquinone under eyes?

dont use hydroquinone under eyes blud the skin there is too thin u will get ochronosis and make it look way worse
