Nigga yr good just don’t use longer than 3 months specially three months on three months off my exact protocol is I cleanse my face then I go with straight up with Tret .1 and then wait for 20 minutes until it’s absorbed then I microneedle my whole face then I go with hydroquinone 4% and no moisturiser obviously and when I wake up, I wash my face put hydro hydroquinone and put SPF 50 PA ++++

0.05 mm or 0.025 mm

0.025 and 0.05 are very similar with hydro but 0.05 is more irritating
